Chicken and Mango Salad


1 individual (226geach), Lettuce, torn into places
2 stick(s) (30 g each), Celery, Cooked, thinly sliced
4 medium (10g each), Spring Onions, finely chopped
Quarter individual (720g) Cucumber, thinly sliced
300g, Mango, (1 large), peeled, pitted and chopped
400g, Chicken,skinless, torn into pieces
150g, Yogurt, VirtuallyFat Free, Plain
1 teaspoons, Curry Powder, mild
1/8 teaspoons, Pepper, (Cracked or Ground)

Share the Romaine or cos lettuce, celery, spring onions and cucumber between 4 serving plates or bowls. Top with an equal amount of the mango chunks, then share out the chicken between the portions.
To make the dressing, mix together the yogurt and curry powder. Spoon over the salads.
