500g Rhubarb, trimmed and sliced into 2inch pieces
50ml Water
100g Sugar
Packet of Crumble Mix (less mess and cheaper)
1.Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
2.Put the rhubarb in a 1.2 litre ovenproof dish. Sprinkle over the water and sugar.
3.Spread the crumble mixture over the rhubarb - don't pat it down too much. Bake
for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the rhubarb bubbling
through at the edges.
Serve hot with ice cream, cream or ice cream.
I'm the only one in my family that love's Rhubarb. So this is Heaven, when I have 4 plants in my allotment :o)

150g self raising flour
50g demerara sugar
85g butter
new crumble
100g/4oz butter
100g/4oz demerara sugar
180-200g/6-7oz flour
